Tara Brach – Meditation, Psychologist, Author & Teacher.  Tara has loads of free meditations and self-acceptance podcasts available on her website and also leads retreats and workshops regularly.

Cheri Huber – Zen student, Teacher, & Writer.  Cheri has written 20 books and founded an organization called Living Compassion. One of our favourite books is called There is Nothing Wrong With You.

Live Awake – Sara Blondin provides wonderful podcast episodes and guided meditations.  She says, “Live Awake is about breathing your senses alive, seeing with vivid colour, tasting, smelling and loving with all of your being present and aware.”
